Training Run Southport to Ambleside..

8th June weekend..
Well this weekend, Saturday morning am riding Southport to Ambleside in the Lakes District.
An 82 mile ride,then returning  home Sunday.Going to be a nice hot weekend so thought a do a training ride/weekend for my End2End in July .
Staying at Ambleside Backpackers,it will be like Oz over again ie "Backpacking",
   Looking forward to it already,Southport to Preston then straight up A6 to Levens, then cut through the Lakes,should be cool..i twit aswell as and when without saying lol

Well the Weekend went well..172 miles in..great weather...Me at Morecombe on the way lol Wise..

Our size guide is based on the average body shape. To get the best fit simply measure around your chest and compare with the chart. Please find attached size guide instructions.

For example if your chest measures 40 inches you would require a size MEDIUM jersey There are two inches of extra fabric to allow for movement in the body. The jersey will measure 42” around the chest measured from pit to pit.

If you prefer a tighter more professional fit you might want to consider ordering a size smaller. If you’re actual chest is 40 inches you can choose a SMALL size jersey
